Where necessary, SCP assists enterprises and projects to be genuinely investment ready by developing the right business strategy to ensure investment compatibility, and identifies the most appropriate capital structures to deliver on an enterprise's requirements. We prepare capital raising documentation as appropriate, to ensure legal compliance and business robustness.
